A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

The cottage will be clean and tidy on your arrival. All we ask is that you leave it in the same condition on your departure

No smoking is permitted in the house and we regret we are unable to accept pets.

You should take proper and appropriate safety precautions during your visit and provide yourselves with appropriate travel, personal and health insurance.

Please note that as a guest you stay and use the facilities entirely at your own risk. Parents have full responsibility for their children at all times particularly in and around the pool area.
